The few I knew in Canada seemed tougher than other nationalities though. Maybe that's why the former Russian Secret Service, the KGB recruited the charming attractive ones to be skillful sexy 'swallows' and many successfully embedded themselves in influencial Western high circles, either politically or militarily.
