Why is it 'The Eleventh Hour'?

It all stated when I first received an e-mail from my long time old friend, Diana who resides in a notorious town called Sibu. Being quite a bit of a sceptic of its contents regarding the 9/11 tragedy, I read the whole article and went along and did as it instructed. Much to my astonishment, the final outcome was a shocker! I'll include the incredible 9/11 case analysis in my blog later. You will then perhaps agree the number 11 plays a hand in the tragedy. Do we know if there is a Cosmic joker who toys with us mere mortals? Were the 'elevens' all mere coincidences? Hold your breath! It will come soon in this blog, I promise.
