Is anyone interested in assisting me open an SPCA (Society for the Prevention of Cruelty to Animals) branch here in Miri City? Cats, dogs and their young of various species are often being abandoned everywhere out in the heat and the cold to fight for survival, scavenging for miserable crumbs and rotten food... getting run over by vehicles on the roads or limping with broken limbs... Others are mistreated like this unlucky monkey ... WHERE IS THE SPCA? Why don't you branch out from Kuching, for goodness sake!
